Poppy and Ben requested for me to design their wedding stationery for their special day.
I had to come up with a solution on there request to include white poppies into the design. I tried using white watercolour to create white poppies but it wasn't coming out the way I wanted, then I had the idea to use outlines to create the the poppies as they did mention pink and green in there colour theme which give me some creative freedom and it also meant I didn't go down the literal path in the end.
The reason they wanted white poppies in the design was the Bride was Poppy and the fiancé is Ben White, so this incorporate them coming together as one.
What I designed for them was Invites, Menus, Welcome sign, Order of Service, Table Plan, Table placement cards.
The original hand painted watercolour elements, which only some ended up being used in the final design due to Layout etc
