Overview
Inspired by a LinkedIn video featuring Andrew Dobbie, I created a graphic based on his quote, "Everyone has a superpower." The goal was to catch his attention and secure a meeting at Made Brave HQ in Glasgow. I posted the graphic on LinkedIn, and it worked! The graphic was also part of a Skill-share class I was taking at the time.
Process
Conceptualisation: Identified a meaningful quote to base the graphic on.
Design: Developed a vibrant, rainbow-coloured typographic design to make the message stand out.
Execution: Utilised Adobe Illustrator to create a polished, professional graphic.
Sharing: Posted the graphic on LinkedIn to engage with Andrew Dobbie and the Made Brave team.
Outcome
The graphic successfully captured attention, leading to a meeting at Made Brave HQ on January 15, 2024. This project not only demonstrated my design skills but also my initiative and ability to leverage personal branding for professional opportunities.
